.Our Ricotta style cheezecake is even better than the real thing. Very light in texture it is encased in a chocolate, coconut and almond crust then filled with our exquisite cheezecake base mixed in with organic goji berries, raw cacao nibs and wild blueberries and topped off with our incredible whipped "cream"!!

 

Filling Ingredients: All organic cashews, coconut milk, lemon juice and rind, agave, coconut oil, cacao nibs, goji berries, wild blueberries, vanilla bean, orange rind and Himalayan salt.

 

Base Ingredients: All organic almonds, shredded coconut, raw cacao, figs, and Himalayan Salt.

 

Sizes Available: 9 inch round will serve approx 12+ slices ($50.00+ delivery) and

 

12 inch will serve approx 16+ slices ($65.00 + delivery)
