CONSCIOUS CHOICE CLASSES

Our Conscious Classes are designed to provide you with information on the benefits of the vibrant living food lifestyle, how you can begin to incorporate more organic living foods into your diet and how to tailor the diet to your individual needs and tastes.

They will without doubt provide you with the information, resources and momentum to empower
you to make the steps necessary to begin the living
food journey.

The classes are presented in a casual and relaxed atmosphere with participants encouraged and welcomed to openly share their experiences, ask questions, comment and have as much fun as possible!

Classes consist of a general discussion on the living food lifestyle, followed by a recipe preparation demonstration and, of course, sampling of the conscious delights we will be creating.

You will learn:

How to prepare fresh seasonal organic living foods using ingredients that are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, sugar and animal products

What to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snacks on the living food diet

Where to get protein, calcium and iron on the living food diet

Essentials in planning your weekly menus in advance so maintaining a living food lifestyle is easy

How to sprout and grow your own herbs and greens

How to effectively use essential living food equipment

How to prepare smoothies, juices and creative liquid concoctions

How to prepare soups, enticing salads and dressings, finger food, main meals and delightful desserts

How to mix and match flavours and seasonings to indulge the palate senses

How to choose fresh organic produce

Key tips to maintaining a living food lifestyle whilst living in a demanding work environment and whilst traveling


Our classes will focus on the experience of the living food lifestyle,
rather than on the food itself.
