CONSCIOUS CHOICE CLASSES
Our Conscious Classes are designed to provide you with information on the benefits of the vibrant living food lifestyle, how you can begin to incorporate more organic living foods into your diet and how to tailor the diet to your individual needs and tastes.
They will without doubt provide you with the information, resources and momentum to empower
you to make the steps
necessary to begin the living
food journey.
The classes are presented in a casual and relaxed
atmosphere with participants encouraged and welcomed to
openly share their experiences, ask questions, comment and have as much fun as possible!
Classes consist of a general discussion on the living food lifestyle, followed by a recipe preparation demonstration and, of course, sampling of the conscious delights we will be creating.
